2026 Uniting for Action SE WI Projects
Uniters in southeast Wisconsin are working across differences with community partners to strengthen their communities and support the next generation of Wisconsinites.

Kenosha and Racine Counties
The Kenosha and Racine Uniters' project is designed to empower youth with critical life skills through engaging, interactive workshops that prepare them for success in school, work, and everyday life through partnership with the Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency. Youth will develop essential skills in communication, leadership, financial literacy, decision-making, confidence, and career readiness while building the resilience needed to overcome challenges. The ultimate outcome is to help youth gain skills to help them succeed in life and contribute to stronger communities.
Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties
Whether it’s adults interested in getting involved or middle school to college age young people looking for direction and guidance, the Milwaukee/Waukesha Uniters team is excited to create opportunities to share information and make connections around mentorship. We will create a resource guide, host webinars and workshops for mentors, and collaborate on events with our partner, the Interfaith Conference of Greater Milwaukee, as they support 22 religious organizations and their leaders to collaborate with the community. This project will enable mentors to share wisdom and support young people in making positive change for themselves and our community, especially as so many young people experience or participate in violence.
